Community Nursing Care

Professional clinical care delivered safely and compassionately at home

Our registered nurses provide high-quality healthcare services to support participants with complex medical needs. From wound care and medication management to chronic disease support, we work closely with participants and families to maintain comfort, safety, and dignity in the home environment.

What Is Community Nursing Care?

Some NDIS participants require care from qualified health professionals due to higher levels of complexity and risk.
Community Nursing Care covers specialised clinical supports delivered by trained nurses who have the skills and experience to manage complex health needs.

This NDIS registration group also includes funding for the training of support workers, ensuring the participant’s broader care team is confident and capable in providing safe daily support.
