What Is Employment Support?

This NDIS-funded support assists participants to prepare for work, find suitable employment, and keep their job over time.
It is available to both:

  • Participants looking for new employment opportunities
  • Participants who already have a job but require support to maintain it

We work alongside you to understand your strengths, interests, and goals so we can help you build a sustainable and fulfilling career.

Support for Employees With Existing Jobs

If you secured employment before joining the NDIS, you may still access support to help you maintain your current role.
This can include:

  • Assistance liaising with employers

Support availability and requirements may vary based on quality and safeguards standards within your jurisdiction, including National Standards for Disability Services.
