What Is Support Coordination?
Support Coordination is designed to help participants—especially those with complex needs—make the most of their NDIS plan.
It reduces the stress and “red tape” that can come with managing multiple services, allowing you to focus on growing your independence and achieving your personal goals.
Our team works with you to:
- Understand your funded supports
- Choose and connect with quality service providers
- Coordinate appointments and ensure services are working together
- Build skills to manage your supports more independently
- Resolve challenges and adjust services as your needs change
When needed, we can also assist with personalised intervention planning and connect you with specialised disability support workers.
Levels of Support Coordination
The NDIS offers three levels of Support Coordination. We can assist with all three:
Level 1 — Support Connection
Helps you connect with informal supports, community services, and funded providers so you can confidently use your NDIS plan.
Level 2 — Support Coordination
Provides ongoing support to help you understand your plan, set up your services, monitor your funding, and develop the skills to manage your supports more independently.
Level 3 — Specialist Support Coordination
For participants with higher or more complex needs. A specialist coordinator works with you to manage challenges, build stability, and ensure your supports are delivered safely and effectively.
